Their son Thibault joined in 2000 and helped direct a gradual change in farming: herbicides were abandoned in 2002, organic certification followed in 2018, and biodynamic principles have been practised since 2015. Hand harvesting and careful sorting remain central. In the historic cellars, oak barrels sit alongside amphorae and egg-shaped vessels, with the choice of containers guided by balance and the character of each wine.
