Tinnyu ‘5PM’ 2025 is a small-production Yunnan Rosé made in a Blanc de Noirs style from high-altitude vineyards at approximately 2,300–2,800 metres. The blend is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Syrah and 5% Chardonnay.

The producer describes the wine as fruit-forward and easy-drinking, using dark-skinned grapes with a light-colour winemaking approach. Production is limited to 1,800 bottles.

Tinnyu was founded in Shangri-La in 2021 by Leqi Liu and Yuxuan Qiu. The project works across small village vineyards in Yunnan and uses regenerative farming, exploring contemporary expressions of high-altitude Chinese wine.
