The estate is known for sourcing from responsibly farmed vineyards and for avoiding heavy-handed winemaking, favoring native fermentations and aging vessels such as neutral oak, concrete, and terracotta when suited to the cuvée. That philosophy makes this Falanghina especially compelling: it is a rare variety in California, handled with restraint, and produced on a micro scale that reinforces its hand-crafted appeal.
