Mollydooker 'Euphoria' Sparkling Verdelho 2025 comes from Gemtree vineyard in McLaren Vale, where the season favoured early, concentrated fruit. Veraison and harvest followed almost two weeks ahead of the usual timetable. Small berries and low disease pressure were important features of this regional picture. In 2025, an unusually dry growing period, low disease pressure and small berries accompanied a regional harvest that came almost two weeks ahead of the normal timetable.
Tasting Profile & Food Pairing
Citrus and grapefruit lead the aroma, followed by a generous tropical-fruit character. Fine bubbles lift the palate, while a creamy middle gives the wine more substance than its bright opening might suggest. Crisp acidity keeps the fruit in focus and carries a vibrant, refreshing finish.
