Domaine Paul Pillot Saint-Aubin 1er Cru “Les Charmois” 2020 is a finely etched white Burgundy from a respected Premier Cru climat, offering a beautiful balance of purity and depth. The 2020 vintage in the Côte de Beaune is widely regarded as excellent, thanks to a hot, dry growing season with low yields that delivered ripe, concentrated fruit while preserving surprisingly good acidity, resulting in whites that are both intense and finely structured.

On the palate, it is medium-bodied with high, mouthwatering acidity and a silky texture, layered with struck match, light vanilla and sweet spice, finishing long with early notes of hazelnut, almond, honey and a gentle flinty smokiness.
