Champagne Drappier Brut Nature 'Trop m'en Faut !' is a rare Brut Nature Champagne AOC from the Côte des Bar, made entirely from Pinot Gris, locally known as Fromenteau. As a non-vintage cuvée, it draws on more than one harvest, a choice that softens seasonal extremes and gives the wine both freshness and continuity. Its distinctive character comes from Drappier's vineyards around Urville in the southern Aube, where Kimmeridgian limestone and clay-rich soils lend breadth, saline lift, and a subtly smoky mineral edge that sets Côte des Bar apart from the chalkier Marne style.

Fromenteau gives it a little extra mid-palate breadth without losing tension, making it especially compelling at the table.
