The project is rooted in meticulous vineyard work, including hand-harvesting from very old vines and a strong emphasis on expressing place over extraction. In the cellar, the approach is refined and measured, aiming to preserve Garnacha’s perfume and transparency while polishing structure through careful élevage in oak. What makes Espectacle benchmark-worthy is its rare ability to show Garnacha as both profound and ethereal, capturing the high-altitude soul of La Figuera with uncommon finesse.
