BiNaume 'La Plante d'à Côté' Pinot Noir 2022 comes from Auvergne fruit bottled as Vin de France, a collaboration linked to Claire Naudin and Jean-Yves Bizot. The 2022 vintage gives a bright, lifted Pinot Noir profile with fresh red fruit, fine acidity and a distinctly low-intervention feel.

Tasting Profile & Food Pairing
On the palate it is light to medium-bodied, energetic and savoury, with crunchy cherry, raspberry, pomegranate and subtle volcanic earth. It works well slightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken, mushroom dishes or simple grilled pork.
