The 2023 growing season experienced a warm summer that balanced Jura’s signature high acidity with lovely fruit maturity, making this vintage exceptionally expressive and approachable. This cuvée originates from the distinct 'Les Sarres' lieu-dit, characterized by its classic marl soils which impart a trademark saline minerality and savory depth to the delicate Poulsard grapes.

This light-bodied red opens with high-toned aromas of wild strawberry, cranberry, and fresh rose petals, accented by hints of white pepper and blood orange. Operating this tiny 1.8-hectare micro-domaine, Aurélie hand-harvests and practices organic and biodynamic farming to protect the natural ecosystem. Her low-intervention winemaking philosophy allows this delicate native grape to ferment naturally with minimal sulfur, creating an authentic, cult-status expression of modern Jura.
