Domaine Pierrick Bouley, based in Volnay, represents the sixth generation of a family rooted in the Côte de Beaune. Pierrick took over in 2014 and officially renamed the domaine from Pascal Bouley to Pierrick Bouley in 2020, signaling a new chapter while honoring family tradition. His vineyard work emphasizes organic principles, low yields, and careful canopy management to mitigate frost risk and ensure concentration. In the cellar, fermentations are carried out with indigenous yeasts, preceded by a week’s cold soak and gentle extraction, followed by élevage in oak barrels (two new barrels out of seven for this cuvée).
