The 2022 vintage was widely successful in Burgundy: a warm, sunny growing season delivered healthy fruit and generous ripeness, while Saint-Romain’s naturally fresh exposure helped preserve energy and definition. Le Jarron is known for its limestone-rich, rocky soils on elevated slopes, and that stony terroir gives the wine its hallmark tension, chalky drive, and incisive mineral line.
