2025 Beyond Time Viognier comes from the Helan Mountain East Foothill of Ningxia, China's most established fine-wine region, where the desert-edge terroir is gaining recognition for aromatic whites as well as structured reds. The 2025 growing season delivered ripe yet balanced fruit under the area's sunny, dry conditions, while the large diurnal shift between hot days and cool nights helped preserve freshness and aromatic lift. Grown on well-drained soils along the eastern foothills of the Helan Mountains, the vines benefit from abundant light, scarce rainfall and pronounced temperature swings, conditions that allow Viognier to build generous stone-fruit character while keeping its perfumed top notes intact.

In the glass, this dry white opens with ripe apricot, white peach and honeysuckle, followed by citrus blossom, a touch of fresh ginger and a faint white-pepper lift. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with a gently creamy texture, moderate acidity and a rounded, dry finish marked by peach skin, floral oil and subtle mineral nuance. Viognier's signature combination of floral aromatics and stone-fruit depth is on full display here.
