Vilafonté Series M 2021 is an icon red from Paarl in South Africa’s Coastal Region, built around a Bordeaux-inspired blend led by Malbec and Merlot with Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc in support. The 2021 vintage is widely regarded as a strong Cape year: a cooler, longer growing season encouraged slow, even ripening, which helped preserve freshness while delivering refined tannin and aromatic detail.
