The 2021 shows the lifted, aristocratic side of Nebbiolo, with aromas of red cherry, wild strawberry, rose petal, violet, and orange peel, followed by hints of anise, licorice, and sweet spice. On the palate it is medium- to full-bodied, taut and elegant, with bright acidity, firm but polished tannins, and a long, savory finish marked by mineral tension. The Wine Advocate awarded it 92 points, underscoring both its balance and site transparency. Pair it with porcini risotto, roast duck, or aged Parmigiano Reggiano.
