From the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Jean Grivot’s Nuits-Saint-Georges “Aux Lavières” 2018 is a finely etched Burgundy Pinot Noir from a lieu-dit noted for its limestone-rich, stony soils. The 2018 vintage in Burgundy was warm and sunny, producing an excellent year of ripe, generous wines with supple tannins and ample fruit.
