The winemaking philosophy balances tradition and approachability, using Sangiovese as the backbone while Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot add depth and texture; élevage typically includes a mix of larger Slavonian oak casks and smaller barrels to soften the wine without overwhelming its fruit.
