Sourced from organic estate vineyards planted on galestro-rich limestone soils at elevations up to 400 meters, this Sangiovese-Merlot blend benefits from excellent diurnal temperature swings that impart mineral complexity and freshness.

For Il Volano, the fruit undergoes fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel followed by brief aging in neutral oak barrels to preserve its vibrant, fruit-forward expression and terroir-driven purity.
