The 2021 vintage is widely regarded as a strong one in Ningxia, with abundant sunshine, a dry growing season, and marked day-night temperature shifts helping Cabernet Sauvignon achieve ripe fruit, firm tannic definition, and freshness. At the foot of the Helan Mountains, this distinctive terroir combines high-altitude vineyards, intense light, low rainfall, and well-drained stony soils, conditions that encourage concentration while preserving aromatic lift.

In the glass, it shows classic Cabernet character with blackcurrant, blackberry, dark plum, violet, mint, cedar, and a touch of dark chocolate.
